The Standard

For organizations that value precision and presence

Corporate events require more than a playlist. They require calm leadership, clear communication, and music that aligns with the room’s purpose.

I bring a refined, adaptable approach that complements your brand rather than competing with it. Your event has a goal, whether that is connection, celebration, recognition, or impact. The music, volume, pacing, and transitions support that goal from start to finish.

Everything is in order before the day starts, and I am available to any vendor or planner who needs to connect in advance. On-site, I work closely with the full vendor team to keep everything running on schedule.

Event Flow & On-Mic Coordination

Corporate events require more microphone work than other formats. Announcements, introductions, and award presentations need a confident presence that serves the moment without drawing focus away from it.

Brand-Aligned Curation

Music selection reflects your company culture, your audience, and the purpose of the event. I do not bring a standard corporate playlist. I build a sound environment that fits your brand and your room.

Controlled Energy

Volume and pacing are managed with the full room in mind. Energy builds when it should and stays comfortable when it should, so guests can connect with each other without fighting the sound.

Events I work

Galas & Formal Events

Refined sound design and music programming for high-profile events where atmosphere and professionalism set the tone from the moment guests arrive.

Product Launches & Activations

Music that enhances your messaging and supports the energy of the moment rather than competing with it. The sound environment reflects the brand, not the DJ.

Award Nights & Recognition

Clean audio, confident on-mic cues, and seamless transitions between program elements. Every announcement lands clearly and every recognition gets the atmosphere it deserves.

Holiday Parties & Celebrations

Energy that builds naturally and keeps the room engaged without crossing the line. Professional enough for leadership, genuinely fun for the whole team.

How I work

Step One

Align on purpose

We discuss your event goals, audience, brand tone, and timeline. I want to understand what success looks like for your organization before any music decisions are made.

Step Two

Design the atmosphere

Music, pacing, and sound are shaped around your agenda. Whether the event calls for refined background music during a gala dinner or high energy for a company celebration, the sound environment is built to support the program.

Step Three

Execute with confidence

On the day, I manage transitions, announcements, and energy so everything feels effortless and on schedule. I work closely with your vendor team in real time so nothing falls through the cracks.

A background built for this environment

My day job is senior electrical and controls technician at a major corporation, so I understand the standards required for serious corporate events. Preparation, clear communication, technical reliability, and composure under pressure are not borrowed skills.

I arrive early, ensure everything is set up and tested before your guests arrive, and work closely with your vendor team throughout. If something needs adjusting in real time, it is handled quietly and correctly without disrupting the program or pulling your team into a problem they should not have to manage.

The goal is an event that runs exactly as planned and feels effortless to everyone in the room. That result comes from preparation, not improvisation.

Frequently asked

How far in advance should we book?

For larger corporate events and peak dates, booking three to six months in advance is recommended. For smaller events or more flexible dates, shorter lead times are often workable. Reach out, and I will let you know what is available.

Do you provide your own equipment?

Yes. Every setup includes professional DJ-grade audio, a clean branded booth, and all necessary cabling and signal redundancy. If your event requires additional equipment such as extra speakers, screens, or specialty lighting, that can be discussed during the planning process.

Can you handle AV coordination with our venue?

Yes. I am comfortable working within venue AV systems and alongside dedicated AV teams. I make sure my setup integrates cleanly with whatever technical environment is already in place.

Do you make announcements and handle the program?

Yes. On-mic coordination is part of the service. I can handle introductions, program transitions, award announcements, and any other moments that require a professional voice on the microphone. Every announcement is prepared and delivered with clarity and confidence.

What is your backup plan if something fails technically?

Redundancy is built into every setup. Backup cabling, signal paths, and equipment are standard. In the unlikely event of a significant equipment failure, I carry backup gear and have protocols in place to resolve issues quickly and without disrupting your event.

Can you match our brand or event theme musically?

Yes. Music selection is built around your brand culture, your audience, and the purpose of the event. If you have specific artists, genres, or a do-not-play list, that is incorporated before the event begins.

Are you available for destination or out-of-region corporate events?

Yes. Standard travel extends up to 180 miles from the Finger Lakes region with no travel fee. Events beyond that range are accepted, and travel arrangements are discussed during the booking process.
