The towns above are where I work most often, not the limit. There is no travel fee anywhere within 180 miles of the Finger Lakes, which reaches Syracuse, Binghamton, Rochester, Buffalo, and well into Pennsylvania.
Destination weddings beyond that are accepted, with travel arranged per event. In January 2026 I attended The Retreat in San Miguel de Allende, and The Retreat in Medellín is confirmed for January 2027.
